Those with keyboard problems,

edit /system/usr/keyboard-config/keyprint

change this line
<script name="latin" keylayout="qwertz"/>
to this
<script name="latin" keylayout="qwerty-en"/>

Other keyboards or similar fix may apply. Check \system\usr\keyboard-config\layouts folder for different keyboards

Cant boot to CWM

Dude, I've just installed yout (bitmovel) ROM, and it works.. well :)
At first, it doesnt, and I have to wipe dalvik cache and clear cache partition.
Then it works.

Now, I want to experiment more with some ROM out there, say (slade's FroyoComb), what comes to exciting is, I cant boot to CWM again.. I've reboot my phone over and over, by pushing the "back" button before, spamming it, all while the sony ericsson logo appear.

And why is this?
Anybody could help me to tell me how to install CWM on this brand new ROM?

Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact
can't manage xrecovery with the build number

Hi,
I had already successful installed xrecovery manually when I had older build number (2.1.1.A....). But some days ago I installed a xrecovery backup, and I had not considered that the backup-file were not okay (files size was quite small).
So phone didnt work, but I was able to repair via Sony PC Companion - so starting position was fresh original Sony 2.1 firmware but with these new build number (2.1.1.C.0.0). And from then on xrecovery installation failed.

Has anybody installed Xrecovery in this build number ? Root and App2sd were no problem, ony xrecovery doesn't work. I tried manual installation and also apk-automatic method from this forum.

Has anybody an idea ?

Regards odiad

#### Problem is solved - I did a mistake by changing CHMOD777 ### so installation of xrecovery is no problem in build 2.1.1.c.0.0 #####
