What accessibility feature are you trying to activate? Are you saying that there is a one of the features that you can't find or you have found it in Settings / Accessibility and it does not turn on?
If u have any app installed on ur phone u can turnit on.if not..u have to install it through the market and also if u totally dont have accessibilty app u need to install from market ..
