Ran 1.5 with success yesterday, today I got my first reboot in 45 prime owning days. It came back with a UID inconsistent error. Any easy way out?

Thanks. After seeing this, I downloaded and installed the .28 full update and ran this tool again to regain root.

I don't think I have ever seen the error you are referring to. Where did you get this error? Was it in a certain app?

I had just cleared a few open tasks and my prime rebooted and a warning screen was there when it opened back up. I only ask here because your root asked me if the uid matched and I didn't really check.

No problems at all. Used the naked drivers i had already installed on my xp laptop.

One con... i feel much less nerdy using your program! its a ton easier than copying adb commands, but less fun!

.28 was much nicer with adaway.

Right before the question it should run a command that tells you what the gid and uid are. What are the lines prior to the questions?

Thanks for the tool!

I tried using 1.8 on my .28 and was given all the right signals that it should be rooted gid uid both being 0.

Anyways tried to install titanium backup and was informed it couldn't get root access.

Any tips?

Titanium complains like that because it can't find busybox, but its not smart enough to just say that. My bet would be that all you is to install busybox.
