When I surf on the internet it takes about 8 minutes to go from 70-64,63%...and Battery tool showing -450...it is normal?

It takes some time for phone to calibrate battery, a few recharge/discharge cycles, but wp7 is more battery hungry than android can be IMO.
450 is normal for screen on and wifi etc on, can go higher too and be normal.
Most people use battery tool for checking standby usage, when switching on phone after sleep.

Just to inform you that battery life increased significantly after last flash. Everything is the same, all apps installed, same ROM Build, same HW used...

how can I tell what hardwhare radio im using? also I didn't see any links for answrs custom radio. on your link when I used it I though it was good but now I want to try it agin and cant seem to find the download.
BTW tHIS SCREENSHOT TAKE TIME APP WONT STOP TAKING PICTURES WHATS UP HOW TO TURN IT OFF?

in settings/about/more information, I have radio HW version A.102.0.D4 and my radio is in my signature.

I can answer your question; the answer is yes! But..yep, there's a but....I will link the instructions at the end but this is really, really important...WP7 will only support up to 32GB otherwise your phone will constantly reboot itself as will Android if you create an EXT4 partition greater than 2GBs. What you have to do is split that 64 gig card as close to right down the middle as you can get remembering to take into account that itty bitty 200MB partition WP7 creates, the WP7 partition has to be a smidge bigger than the FAT32 and EXT4 partitions you will create later in the process. It is also extremely important when you do all of this that the WP7 partition is on the "back" of the card. Your memory card must appear to your computer as FAT32 -- EXT4 -- WP7 left to right in that order when this is all said and done, though getting there is fun. You follow those instructions to the letter remembering these tidbits your card will run WP7.8 with damn near 32 gigs available, no more than 2 gigs to run the Android OS and apps and generally about 30 gigs for your pictures, music and other stuff. One day Microsoft will have to explain to us why they couldn't make copying our music and pictures to our WP devices that simple or in fact why they had to make all things WP7 and WP8 plain damn hard. You do this and set the MAGLDR to either make you manually launch whichever you use the most or automatically...your choice; the link to follow: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1896213
