sorry for the late reply yes the browser supports flash. I have also posted a topic about a week ago with an apk file for adobe flash version 10.3 for armv6 devices the flash apk was extracted from a armv6 tablet. The browser also supports JIT security that is why i found this browser useful for daily use and not to forget it is stable at least so far on my zte blade

So has anyone actually been able to get built-in updater to work? Also, does anyone know of any add-ons that are compatible with this alpha build? I haven't tried this yet, but it seems really good.

hmmm it seems to be pretty incompatible with my build of ics for pandigital novel. It could be graphics related though lots of unimplemented libegl calls. It also seems to use the apache http stack which is broken for this device still.

see, the problem is that I know way too good how to use the browser, firefox is the slowest browser atm. not only at page loading but also at the whole UI experience - every other browser just kills firefox when it comes to that thing. Firefox is great for people who don't know how to browse the internet.

Still too unstable for a daily use but I appreciate the efforts. Worth trying, even though I doubt I'll leave the stock browser again.

Thanks for FF in ARMv6

It's great! I've wanted to use it in my LG-P500h since FF mobile first came out. Thanks again! :D

Hi XDA !

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it doesn't work for me and maybe you'll know why ;
Installation : OK
Opening : OK
Synch configuration : OK
The problem is : when i want to open an URL nothing happen. The blue circle is always turning. The page is not charging.
Any idea ? (obviously Data is ON and stock Internet APK works ;-))

Also in Menu / Plus / the Settings button is grey.

Thanks

X10 mini on miniCM 2.2.0

edit : well after reboot now the app crashes after few seconds.
Waiting for an update :)

A+

    Firefox Alpha armv6

    Disclaimer:
I do not take credit for this browser i did not develop it credits should go straight to mozilla for delivering there browser to armv6 devices.

    Description:
The firefox alpha browser is not compatible with all of the current plugins available for the stable firefox browser that is already available on the market. Compatibility checking is based on the version number. After playing around with this browser while its still in alpha i find it to be quite stable and good for daily use.
Here's the OFFICIAL Mozilla file at Bugzilla for getting official support for ARMv6 devices.
