Hey folks! Here we present to you the Triumph HD ROM, it's just gonna leave you spellbound. This is NOT a port. This is a result of what I and @adityalahiri13 have learnt at our time in XDA till now. It has got everything you ever wanted. Stunning Features, Amazing battery life, loads of tweaks, Full Aroma UI with options for every single thing and it is the one that you will love to keep as your daily driver. So, here we go

Why Use TriumphHD ?

So, if you were not sufficed by the features list, here's some more reason as to why you should use this. This JB ROM is the first of it's kind with all the choice in your hands from which launcher you want to what music mods. Every Damn thing works including camera, video recording, video decoding, wifi toggles. Every single thing (not the legacy ones). That's why we based it on 4.1. So that you can use this as a daily driver

How to Install?

Download the ROM and from above
Transfer the ROM and Gapps to the root of your SD card.
Go to the main menu of your recovery
Go to mounts and storage
Format boot
Format cache
Format data
Format sd-ext
Format system
Go to main menu and perform a factory reset
Select install zip from SD card
Choose ROM zip and flash by following the Instructions in Aroma
Choose Gapps and flash
Reboot Like a boss.. :victory:

How much internal memory is available after installing this great ROM? And if I use INT2EXT script can this help to help to get mote internal memory? My daughter use the phone to plau some big apps and than the phone gets slow. I do not know how this is with this ROM?

Rom looks great.

After installing the ROM, around 120Mb is free in data/internal memory. Yes you can use int2ext script to increase the internal memory. For this you simply have to type su in Terminal emulator and then int2ext.. Be sure to have ext partition created in your SD card..:good:

Hi I have problem with keyboard. First time I selected Xperia Keyboard and after Rom finished aand reboot I can not type words. After that I tried to install the rom again with Latin IME, but same result. In settings language and input-->keyboard--> I see standard not Lantin IME. Can someone help me??

Rom is great but its abit laggy for me is this normal or i have to change some settings?

For me it's not laggy but smooth... You can also try to overclock your device to 768 Mhz maximum and use ondemand governor.

For best results you should use Swap and recommended partition size for default installation of this rom is around 195 Mb RAM..

And you should put the neko95, the 'Int2 ext via terminal emulator(Type int2ext to enable the script and reboot)(To disable it type int2extoff)' it's the neko95 work.

Nice ROM! :good: I have a swap partition, so how can I enable swap in this ROM? Typing free in terminal I see that is disabled...

I get the same message... and sadly the same result, no swap.

On other roms swap was always enabled, here I can't enable it.

Any suggestion for why this happens and how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance for your help!

EDIT: I have finally enabled swap! :victory:
I checked the swap script in init.d directory and I saw that it requires an ext3 partition as second partition, that I hadn't before.
I think that in other roms it wasn't necessary, because swap was enabled without any problem.
When I created ext3 partition (minimum size), finally swap was enabled. :highfive:
