You need to click choose region then scroll down to germany then on the left click check firmware.

3rd box is blank you should probably choose a region eh? Look at my pic from my last post all the info is there. Germany or Italy either or same rom.
I'll wait a few days till the rest of the country's get the update.

OTA update was available on my German Note this morning but has failed and telling me to use Kies which is annoying, anyone else had this problem with this firmware or is it something else that is causing the problem?

I am running stock unrooted LRG so i guess I shud first be downgrading to GB (LC2) and then upgrade using this one ,,,,

If you have flashed GB, wipe everything then you must have working devise isn't?
if yes flash LRQ straightway using PC odin and reroot, and re flash safe kernel

Hi Dr.Ketan,
I'm on ICS using HydraCore 3.1b OC. There's a new firmware N7000XXLRL for Italy(H3G). Can I follow the same procedure you've advised for XXLRQ? Also I wish to flash via PC Odin. Will flashing HydraCore after flashing N7000XXLRL give me root?
