MagioROM One X+

This is my first Rom many of you will know me as a advanced themer for viper Roms. Please be patient with me I'm still learning a lot :)
I will have 2 versions of my Rom available soon as I get a new laptop. I will have stock Rom and stock inverted Rom with dark backgrounds and white text :)

Prerequisites:
International HTC One X+
Unlocked Bootloader!
HTC one x+ all in one toolkit!

Directions:
1. Make nandroid of your current rom.
2. Wipe cache,dalvik cache, system.
3. Flash Rom zip
4. Don't reboot after zip installed go back to bootloader.
5. Use all in one tool to flash kernal (boot.img) from Rom zip
6. Reboot and enjoy.

R4: OTA Full Rom Update (Please note You will need to flash the boot.img as this is a completely new base (WWE) you can use the all in one tool to flash boot,img just click flash kernal :))
  • rebased 2.18.401.2 (HTC WWE base)
  • Added CRT Animation and 30 step volume mod
  • Fixed volwake mod you will now have advanced power menu and the mod enabled :)
  • power-profile enhancments
  • Awesome Battery Life
  • Tweak audio mods the sound now should be crisp/loud/quality :)

R3: OTA Update (Please note you need to install full rom (R1.5 Fix) and link should automatically popup on first reboot)
  • Xposed Framework.

    The official thread is here: http://xdaforums.com/show....php?t=1574401. In a nutshell the Framework allows to modify system files on the fly. Something like Tweaks APP from my previous ROMs.
    Xposed Framework (you find it in app drawer if you choose the option in AROMA) doesn't do much for the user by itself. Only allows you to use modules.
    Modules can be found here on xda or on modaco:
    Modaco Toolkit has some very nice features a user can use and customize the device to his liking. Probably the most feature rich at the moment.

Statusbar icon creator Mod

i have created a zip that lets users edit the statusbar icons then flash changes through recovery.

all you need is:

  • 1)extract files in zip
    2)go into vrtheme/system/app/systemui.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi/
    3)edit icons using any paint program ideally use photoshop or gimp
    4)rezip the files (make sure you select Meta-Inf & Vrtheme folders and compress like this)
    5)flash through recovery
    6)enjoy! :)

Do not change names of icons or the folders they are in. the system picks up the names so if you change them they won't work
do not change the icon sizes at all especially .9.png images as they will distort and cause systemui crashes

At moment minor differences as working on some major changes to Rom but wanted to at least release what has been done so far :)

Sorry I forgot about that lol.
The Rom is based on official sense 5 4.2.2 release
Stock governors at the moment
Deodexed and rooted
Removed some battery draining code in framework apks
Custom boot and down animations
Custom magiorom wallpaper to be included in next release with custom systemui and prism mods

When I get home I will check and update everything else in the op :)

I forgot to mention I themed the loading spinners as didn't like the grey. They are now jb cyan :)
Should have couple more updates in the pipeline very soon. I will be setting up OTA updates soon just waiting for a server to host the database and updates.

I am triying to install it since today in the morning,
stock on boot at HTC one - beatsaudio logo (blue)...

Tried your installation way, and tried others than that,
alway same stock on boot....

    Right I have nearly completed darkonex theme I have several things to iron out before release.

    I also have a lot of new mods coming up including magiorom exclusive themes for prism and weather. I plan to work on the main mod which is scrolling heqs instead of just 5 quicksettings the eqs will scroll and display all. I also plan to zipalign all apks again to streamline Rom. I'm also building out hub so that all mods will be in one place.

    I'm not sure when I will be ready due to trying to gather as much funds as I can to see my dad before he dies within next couple of weeks :(

    Next update will include transparency for blinkfeed and a lot of modifications. I'm also working on a inverted Rom so all menus will be dark with white text so users can have either normal stock Rom or a darksense theme created from scratch by me.

    Many of you will know I'm number 1 themer for viper Roms across all one x variants and only themer to code and theme 99% of entire Roms (approx 16,000 icons for each theme)
    I'm determined to give magiorom truly exclusive themes that no other sense5 Rom will have :)

    New laptop will be here in a few days so I will be able to get a lot more done at present my laptop takes over 2 hours to zip my Rom and copy it to phone lol so everything has been slow
