I cant find a jb or ics rom with working gps. I think Ive tried every single one. I keep seeing people mentioning that gps works with this with "subzero kernel", but I cant find it either. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Make sure you DL all the files required. (720p fix is one of them)

Can some one tell me how to get my phone working again after i have installed this slimrom, my imei says unknown and i cant make any calls or anything. my phone works great after i odin it back to stock, but i really like this rom and would like to use it
Try odining back to stock, backup your EFS folder to your PC in case you lose it again, flash according to SlimICS instructions:
"Download latest cm9 nightly or any ICS kernel (odin or cmw flashable), device_x.x.zip and Slim_Common.zip
Enter CWM Recovery, Wipe data, Format System ( In Mounts and Storage)
Flash CM9 nightly or any ICS kernel ( via odin or cwm).
Reboot to recovery.
Flash Device_x.x.zip***, then Slim_Common.zip.

If you still lose your IMEI, just download root explorer from Play Store and use it to search for sdcard/backup/efs. Copy nv_data.bin, nv_data.bin.md5 and nv.log paste them into /efs in your phone memory, reboot your phone to get back your imei.
