[Q] Stock 4.3 rom with root and no KNOX bootloader?

Hi

I'm sure i'm not the only one...

I have a 4.2.2 stock UK BTU 9195 s4 mini

Has anyone got the UK BTU 4.3 (pre rooted + NO KNOX) rom?

If not, some directions on how to adjust and get there?
