I'm gonna guess 3.2, not 4.0.
EDIT: Thought I'd mention that I'll have a 16GB Wifi-only, just as soon as I can get my hands on it, and am more than willing to tear TouchWiz off of it immediately, so add me to your list of testers.

Hi mate. I had a look at it and indeed could not get any logcat through adb during boot. It seems your issue is with missing files in the build, or even with the data partition itself.
Cant really do anything more apart from taking apart your tar but cookings not my thing im afraid...
Can you look at my Updater-script n lemme know if partitions are correct! Im gonna make another build!
Here are the partitions via /cache/recovery/last_log
