TWRP is highly recommended. Make sure you have done a back up. If you have not...do it now. Do a FULL wipe. Which includes Sysytem,Cache,Dalvik,Factory Reset, the whole nine yards.
After Flashing let it sit for a few minutes...Reboot...Then you will need to Odin the NB4 modem (if you prefer).
Also some devices dont like Xposed. So use this as you will. It is know to "break" features.
May be a FC on S5 Launcher at times.

Based on latest T-Mobile Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware, Insane KitKat ROM brings you a ton of fun customization through its AROMA installer and through various different Xposed modules, which you can also choose which ones to install. (You can watch the latter half of the video
above for the AROMA installer choice.)Insane KitKat ROM is brought to you by XDA user “The Sickness”, part of Deviant Development Team, who also launched the Wicked ROM. Certainly, these guys can make some awesome “sick” ROMs that’s going to wow you with custom boot animations, themes, and more.
Insane KitKat ROM features KNOX and bloatware-free base along with performance enhancements to make your S4 perform faster with better battery life. And yes, since it’s a T-Mobile ROM, you do get Wifi-Calling for those who absolutely cannot live without it. (And yes, if you insert a T-Mobile SIM into GT-i9505 or Canadian S4 with this ROM, you can actually use Wifi-Calling on non-T-Mobile phones too, did you know that? It can come in handy when you are overseas and you want to make international calls at domestic rates.)
Insane KitKat ROM also comes with S5 features like S5 launcher (if you choose in AROMA installer), S5 togglers, and S5 apps
like Calculator/WatchOn/Scrapbook. You also have choice of some insanely cool system animations, there’s a bunch to choose from in AROMA installer, (Try “Insane” or “Sickness” if you want something super sick and wild!)For customizing your S4, Insane KitKat ROM includes some excellent choice of Xposed modules such as Wanam Xposed, Nottach Xposed, Tweakbox, XBlast, Ex Themer, and some more.
For camera, you do have option of adding CyanogenMod CM camera, Google camera, Moto X camera, or Lenovo camera along with the regular S4 camera.
For launcher, you can choose from 5×6 TouchWiz launcher, Apex/Nova, KitKat launcher, Windows 8 launcher, Xperia, S5 launcher, or stock S4 launcher.
Overall, Insane KitKat ROM is geared towards those of you who want to have a choice in being able to install your own features using a highly-detailed AROMA graphical installer.
