Yes. We like to think of ourselves as the ex with an actual job (not free loading) with sound advice and is level headed. We look good when we get dressed up too.

great rom! runs great for me so far.. one question? i like the battery bar, but ive got the regular battery in my notification area and the 2 look silly.. how do i get rid of the original battery?

The themes in the ota all should have a with and without battery. Grab one and flash it.

Here try this package and install it on your computer:

These are the drivers I use without issue. Just unzip it and run the program to install based on if you have 32 64 bit system (think it has Mac in there too).

Thank you. I downloaded this driver. Uninstalled the old driver, installed the new one (it took a while to install so I thought "this has to be working") only to find out....it didn't do anything different.

I also tried leaving it plugged into the computer and leaving it all night hoping it it would magically start working again.

I'm now wondering if I should try to find a way to get the phone to stock, somehow, and go back to AT&T and ask for a new one. Its under a year so maybe they will replace it. Could it be that the usb drive went bad even though it still charges through the usb. I'm beginning to grasp at straws.

Are you using a browser other than stock such as dolphin as stated in the op? And the themes are found in the the OTA found in settings in the rom. Happy flashing.

Its beginning to sound that way. Use one of the one clicks provided in the super thread that say go back to stock. Then go get it replaced. It happens unless all your computers are funky sounds like a small hardware issue.

Out of curiosity...have you tried a different usb cable? I had one once that would charge and recognize but wouldn't transfer data. Just a thought.

But he would have to get a connection with the computer to do that ... As well as acheive download mode.... Correct? I seem to recall him say ... and with this old pickled brain I could easily be wrong ... but I think it was said the issue wasn't present on another rom. Maybe revert back to a rom that it worked on and see if by chance it helps. Just a thought ...

Your old brain is only partly right. He said it was fine on this rom too but your runny nosed fairy took it instead of sneezing on his phone.

What yuma is saying, since the phone beeps and charges on the PC (so it is sorta recognized) is try a different USB cable. The cable he is using just may not recognize the phone as supporting data. Good recommendation yuma.

Give that a try if you can find one

thanks for all the hard work on this rom, it nice to see familiar names in the infuse section!
so how come no one has picked up the kang ics build and ported it? ive seen it ported for several phones.. i loved it on my captivate!
