I just watched a review on the oppo 7a phone and and saw some of the features the camera app can do and was curious if it would be possible to get the camera app working on our phones??

I tried doing a search for it, I wasn't able to find anything on getting the camera over. Neither on TouchWiz or AOSP.
Oppo 7a is more alien than it is android.
