I am pleased to bring to the Note community my kang build of the awesome JellyBeer ROM!
This has no device check so it should work on all LTE Note II's!
Features:
In ROM settings:
Set custom DPI
Navigation bar
Change navigation bar height
3 different UI modes @ any DPI (phone, phablet and tablet)
Dual panel
Custom carrier name
Disable bootanimation
Disable physical buttons
Center clock in status bar
Week day in the clock
Custom bootanimation
Extra changes:
AOKP Toggles
Suport for /data/local.prop
Removed CM wallpapers, LiveWallpaper and LiveWallpapersPicker
Removed some ringtones
Removed videos
Removed ROMManager
Added ZipInstaller (Multi zip installer!!!)
GooManager support
Battery save tweaks
Tweaks ui/launcher/performance (compiled by jmico)
Recovery: removed some confirmation "No"
CM tablet options activated when in TabletUI
Remove all recent apps button

You should use TWRP and always wipe system and factory reset!
As for Gapps you should be using some plain JB Gapps like these,gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip
Don't ask if others work, just try them and post your results.
