Hello Mike..
First of all I would like to thanks to you for bringing CM11 to our device. It's a great gift for us. Happy Thanksgiving :)

Recently, I just found some minor bug:
  1. In Mobile Network setting, I can't change the network from 2G to 3G only vice versa though the radio button is selected to the corresponding item.
There are a workaround for this, dial *#*#4636#*#* - Phone Info - Set preffered network type.
  2. APN list cannot be edited, but we can add new APN in the list

Guys you know what? I got working WiFi!! I upgraded to CM11 from CM10.1 without wiping data and it simply still works :D WiFi tether not tested.
My bad, WiFi was listed buggy on working/not working list so maybe it was already working without tweaks. Anyway hotspot is active, but my other phone can't seem to connect.

I have not installed kitkat yet, but based on videos online about kitkat on youtube, if you drag "icon" to left or right edge of the screen, it automatically adds a new "homescreen" where u can drop ur icon!

i.e. adding and deleting homescreen is now automatic like magic!

yes you are right, but that feature i think is not working in this rom

I am facing long and loud music stutter when locking/unlocking lockscreen in apollo, poweramp, playerpro.Anyone having this problem?

---------- Post added at 12:44 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:42 PM ----------

After changing DPI to 140 now i'm seeing blur icons in launcher

Where did you change DPI? I also felt like icons are blur in homescreen.

Ok I just installed KitKat for coconut.

First some good news:

  1. I installed without wiping data (just cleaned cache and dalvik cache). And it worked. So good news that I did not have to reinstall everything or change majority of settings.
  2. The latest beta 2 version of Xposed works. So thats another good news for me.
  3. WiFi etc. worked without doing anything
  4. Curved pop-up notification look good (but may be someone will find it annoying)
Currently few things are buggy or few features missing. I know its just first release, within a week or month, it should be much much better.

  1. Pie controls are gone. I need this badly!! :D (have added qemu.hw.mainkeys=0)
  2. 2G/3G toggle does not seems to work
  3. Battery icon does not show percentage
  4. Swipe typing DOES NOT work in keyboard. (keyboard vanishes no sooner you try swipe typing)
(FIXED:I had moved LatinIME.apk to /data/app to create space in /system, but that was causing swipe error. Moved LatinIME.apk back to /system/app and problem is gone)
  5. When in lock screen and playing song, seeking bar does not appear. (This was supposed to be new feature in kitkat)
  6. Home screen can not have more than 1 screens (someone already reported above)
(Solution: Add cLock widget first, that will allow you to create more screens)
  7. Same for lock screen. You can not add more screens to lock screen. Could not find solution to this.
  8. Can not resize all widgets. (like photo gallary - this was possible in CM10.2)
  9. Lock screen options are gone. I had hidden dots for pattern locking so that unlocking is even tougher for strangers, but this option is gone.
  10. Can not hide Google search box from home screen.
Bugs to 6 to 10 seem to be related to default home launcher as the CM launcher is still not there.

I will report again if I find any more bug or solution.

Not creating bug report as of now, as features would probably appear one by one over next few releases.

    Here's a status update:

    - Rebased & cleaned up the new audio HAL
    - Some fixes ported from msm8660 audio HAL
    - Fix in audio HAL for VOIP apps like Skype and Line
    - Fixed coconut stereo speakers
    - Testing some changes from CAF jb_2.5.3 branch in frameworks/av related to LPA audio issues
    - Testing some camera changes again, should be the most stable we can have at the moment
    - Disabled 720p again. It's unstable and needs more testing. Will work on it again after the first ION build release
    - Testing change to fix "bootlogo appearing while in android" bug
    - Tested FM and made some additional changes but still don't get audio. Will work on it again after the first ION build release
    - Kernel: some interactive governor updates
    - Kernel: increase ION_MM size. Should fix out-of-memory issues with some apps like netflix

As usual, I push all my changes on github so you can test building.
I would appreciate if you don't share any more home builds here, I will release some builds myself when some more bugs are ironed out.
