I'm going to try out the same myself now. Will report back :)

Edit: Having the exact same issue. No boot logo, and no CWM. It does boot however. Seems smooth, but the phone signal came after 3-4 minutes of having booted the phone. And it needed a few minutes to get full bars. Still seems that my signal is kind of poor, but still usable.
WIFI is working fine tho. Havent found anything else yet either thats not working.
Currently its blazing fast, and I will most likely use this from now on.
Going to fix CWM myself.

Keep it up guys!

Edit2: For those who didnt try it. Just flash the CM10 on your current CWM, dont flash the boot.img first

Edit3: Is there a reason to why the boot.img isnt adb root enabled?
Have been trying for quite some while now to implement it myself, but results in a bootloop.
I'm giving up on it. Assuming CWM will be implemented soon anyways :)

Edit4: Dumb me didnt test the camera before writing that everything worked.

ext sdcard is a work in progress and not yet done with the new mako kernel port. (mako dont have ext sdcard) so they need to implement sdcard support.

After flashing 201 My phone won't boot o_O
Need some quick help fixing this!

All I did was flash the boot.img (Which was placed together with fastboot.exe) and waiting for it to be done. Then I tried booting it.

Just flash a stockrom with CWM, then put the CM10.1 .zip and the gapps file on the SD-Card \ Internal storage and flash the CM.zip and gapps.

Thats the way I did it. Works like a charm.

The bugs are still there tho ofcourse ;)

Can you link me to the one you used. I want to make sure everything goes as it should go :)

If you scroll down to the end of the pictures you'll see whats needed to get a custom rom up and running.
You can click the links there to get each and every step working.
But I can only assume you have done the most of it since you have flashed the CM10.1 kernel.

Feel free to /pm me aswell if you are having issues or dont know where to start \ what to do.

Edit:
as long as you have unlocked the bootloader, you can just do it in this order:

1: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2024299 to get an unlocked kernel that can handle root and CWM.
2: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2060815 Just follow step 3 since you have done the first two. (Remember to install superuser).
3: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2012738

Then you'll have CWM on a stock ROM.
Copy CM10.1 .zip and gapps .zip, flash both, reboot and enjoy!

Thanks a lot for your efforts. Just tried 201 for a couple of hours and I'm impressed so far. Will try it as a daily driver when camera is working.
