Root for tmobile lg g2 d801 4.4.2 or downgrade method??

Hello, Ive been waiting for ioroot to get updated but it is taking too long. Is there a different method? I tried downgrading it but I couldn't PLZ HELP:crying:

What do you mean all your files? Pictures? Videos? Your SD card content?
