yeah before I format my sd card I'll try that. but if it's the same licensing as all other ROMS (ntfs auto doesn't detect) then using paragon worked on factory/omega rom for me.
I would expect it to work on your modified CM10 too :>

I will give d4rk the main credit to:D:D:D:D:D paranoid android for what it has become. I used to fladh his d4 roms since he started releasing his roms and every release was different d7 brought more stable dpi changes within tje rom with the addition of market fixes from other developers. From there d4rk has become very sucessful with molesarecoming bringing paranoid android to the table. As said inain quote IT IS more thsn tablet mode esp since we are in possesion of note 2 any help we can give to these very talented developers should be recognised for their contribution. From experience the 1st few pa roms will be a little buggy good for dailys but jit dependent on until 3rd release dont forget note 2 is still a bit remote from what pa is used to. Give itca few weeks and it will be awesome

now struggling if i should do it for my Note 2

love the new touchwiz apps but also love PA's tablet UI and per app dpi

argh!!!

This should work awesome on our Note 2's, because of the 5.5" display :D.
However, I'm waiting for the official CM10 release, which shouldn't be very far away.

there wont be any official cm10, or.... this current unofficial one by imilka can get officially declared later on. Depends on alot of stuff but one thing is certain that everything takes time.

n7000 users knows this already, you are first asking for the n7100 community.

Easiest way to put it:
Utacka PA = Nightly basis (unofficial PA way)
imilka PA = PA version bumps (official PA way)

Thats it :)

Note: This might not hold true in the beginning where n7100 device and kernel tree is still new. Follow imilkas cm10 thread for bugs and progress.

Mine got stuck at first too. My solution was to start PA without gapps. Then reboot again and install gapps the second time around. Then it booted... at least for me :)

hey Utacka I like the extra options like, centre clock, add date etc. but I don't like the settings layout on the left like explorer. also GMAIL does that same thing. is there a way to revert back to factory for these 2 options?

everything is working fine

only video recording in camers not working when start choose to video recording it closed automatically .... any one knows how to solve this.....?

Cool rom..but some bugs

Wow...i justed loved this rom very smooth n fast,
There is a problem in volume panel...as the sound is not incresing and decreasing accordingly. :eek:
Second thing, i just loved tablet ui mode, can anyone please tell me how to hide status bar in MXplayer, as i olready checked hide status bar option in settings.
Third thing, video recording is playing so much, but i think thats the problem of Hydracore v7 kernel..i just flased it :eek:
Utacka please tell me which kernel you are using??

i forgot...MTP transfer is not working properly very slow and shows error in copying multiple files.
i tried using Mass Storage Mode...its working fine but data transfer rate is very very slow.

    This is NOT a port.

    This is built from source for GT-N7100 and I'm providing these builds on a nightly basis when there is changes from CM or PA.

    Warning: CM10 don't support ntfs/exfat
    There is no ntfs/exfat externel sdcard support in cm10. To use ext sdcard you will need to reformat it to fat32 using third party utilities in windows. If you already flashed you can use adb in cwm recovery to pull your data.

    PER-APP-COLOR, Paranoidandroids newest invention. Define apps in your regular hybrid panel (same that allows you to scale apps individually and choose their interface). See your phone fade into the color definition of your current app, press home or go elsewhere and it fades back. Create as many combinations you like, you can even dabble with opacity. This feature is made possible by our hybrid engine, which is unique to this rom.

    To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
    Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

    • 1. Try everything you can, find solutions for yourself. Wipe caches, revert all your settings you have made, go back to your stock Kernel, factory reset if you have to or reflash the rom. Assume that the issue is on your side and try your best to isolate it.
    • 2. Search this thread and Cyanogenmods aswell (its our base) for possible reoccurences of your issue and hopefully solutions that may have come up.
    • 3. If you think the issue is important enough that we should cease our work and look into it, post your issue, BUT ...
    • ... stay friendly, do not demand anything, do not threaten
    • ... explain your issue as precise as you can, name the exact apps and conditions that cause trouble, help us to replicate the issue right away. If we can't there's no way we can fix it and your post will simply clutter the thread
    • ... collect evidence, keep in mind this is a developer thread so even if you are not one, do us the favor and research how to record logcat. logcat is the single most important help you can give us to resolve your issue.
