I rooted my att s4 on 4.3 I then used safe strap recovery an loaded a room when I tried to load the phone it was stuck in recovery safe strap that is..I then whipped the phone and rebooted lose recovery and have no rom to load it boots to download mode only. I've tried every thing I've seen In the threads if someone can help me plz.
