region of 0x30000000 must be initialized by Bada BL, there is a share with modem area.
Additionally, the bank 0 can be 0x30000000 or 0x20000000.
Probably bank 0 is under 0x20000000 in S8530 or what because 0x25000000 is writable

Got no clue how did you managed to load your kernel under 0x32000000, S8500 memory seems to be mapped the same as in S8530 from BL code. O.o
