Yes,Only if you find one. As far as I know there is not such navbar in R 3.1, But you may get it from Play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/...google&utm_medium=organic&utm_term=navbar+apk

It is cfxe open master kitkat - beta Nightlies. I guess he's trying to bring cfx back to DHD which is great but way off topic for this rom. Ask musta In his cm11 thread if you want to know more.

Granted this device is old 
although the KitKat ROM that was created by the Dev, works great, my daily driver since ver 1.1. Has anybody thought of creating a theme for this ROM outside of using a Launcher? I looked on Play Store, and thought the themes were kinda lame.

If you are installing it for the first time or changing from a CM11 Kernel version, wipe System, Cache, Data and Dalvik. If you are coming from CM 11 Release 1.x, just Flash this! Don't wipe ANYTHING!

It's doesn't need Gapps. It's already included. All you need is flash one zip file!
This Rom is for people who have asked me to make a Stock Rom with practical modifications of CM. This sounds like a Stock Rom and runs stable like a Stock version. Dalvik and ART are working. With it you will have the same experience of the Stock Rom but with the good things of CM. You don't need to install GAPPS, kernels or anything.

How to Install- Copy the Rom zip file to Internal Storage
- Backup your files and data (if you like, backup Data, System and Boot with Recovery)
- f you are updating it from my CM11 Release 1.0, just flash it, don't wipe ANYTHING. If this is your first time on it or you changing between Release with another Rom and want a clean install to get no errors, Wipe Dalvik Cache, System, Data, Cache.
- Flash the Rom
- Restart and Setup this
