You try this:
- Install android-sdk
- Open sdk manager
- Wait for loading package
- After all packages loaded, see at Extras
- Check "Google USB drver package" and "Google web driver package"
- Click Install Selected pakages. Wait for installing process complete
- Try to connect again

- You must be installed Android SDK from 1st post link, Install ADB (Platform tools in Android SDK), Download and copy fastboot to platform-tools folder
- Open Command prompt on your PC -> Start menu -> Run -> type "cmd.exe"
- If you install android-sdk with default path: type "cd c:\program files\android\android-sdk\platform-tools"
- here you type command in 1st post (fastboot flash....)
