I was using my ray with Ultimate HD 3.0.2 rom and XRay Kernel v7.3.431. I wanted to flash Super Jelly Bean 4.0rom. I flashed FusioN v5.4 Kernel. Then I tried to flash stock .587 ftf rom excluding kernel. But it stuck on 8%. Nothing happens. I disconnected and tried to flash again and again. I tried to flash previous stock roms. I tried to flash storck roms with pc companion and sony update softwares also. It is bricked. Does not boot, can not mount sd card on cwm. I can not flash any roms with flashtool. Please help me! How can I boot my phone?

here, this should help you unbrick your (soft/hard) bricked ray. I bookmarked in case a situation arises, which it hasn't yet. for me anyway.

you flashed the wrong kernel,FusioN v5.4 do not support stock rom, you've flashed the stock rom without stock kernel, so you failed, you should flash the stock kernel first then the stock rom

Just flash the stock ftf file from flashtool, then try flashing the custom kernel again. As simple as that.
