correct yeah because i restored so i can atleast use my phone to try to fix it using toolkit
EDIT: Hooray i finally got it that did the trick this time. however basband is still LJC but is 4.2.2 because i went through setup this time and was able to boot up

ROMs do not alter the baseband firmware, unless explicitly stated otherwise. They might depend on a given baseband firmware, but most ROMs apart from stock-restoration ROMs do not include baseband/modem firmware upgrades. For that you need to look in N2 Android Dev for the MA7 or MC2 firmware flashable zips.
