i have your problem too
app not transfer and no way for it but you can transfer game data to memory card with this solution:
1. root your phone with kingo android root
2. download and install busybox
3. download and install foldermount
with foldermount you can transfer large game data files to memory card.
I tried all way and software for this problem and just found this method.
