Hi XDA Community, I'm @TerrorFlatRider!

This thread is exclusive for discussion about my themes for the MiXplorer File Manager by @HootanParsa.

Here you can report related bugs, improvements for my existing Themes and suggestions for new ones.

I used one of skins shared by you in MiXplorer thread. I had trouble reading highlighted text on code editor (because it was dark color in black background). Did you check the colors of highlighted text on code editor? Screenshot shown below uses java highlight for example

To be honest I don't use it much so I left the default. I will work on the text editor to fix the issues. Thanks for the report.

Do you have a preferred code editor theming?
Vibrant or muted colors?
Relevant to main theme color or more universal?

More muted and lighter colors would be my choice for black background and ease of reading for code editor. No, main theme color should not change code editor highlights. The colors should stay same, but changed to lighter and muted. See an example in attachment. From green, to lighter and muted green.

I already edited successfully code editor of one of the black themes for mixplorer about a year ago, but each time I found new flaw on that theme that needs to be fixed, so I was worn out and reverted back to white one. I see yours is much better, so I'll try to make it better for all uses.

This shade of blue is similar to LIGHT Blue theme. Do you mean to make AMOLED Blue?
