Edit: Went ahead and took the plunge... It worked! Though it was CM13 VZW. Going to try this one next. My Cricket phone now thinks it's Verizon though.. Which I'm okay with.. lol.

I'm thinking if you want to install this on any of the older "D2LTE" variants when they were unified, just set your phones "D2XXX" Version in the updater-script and viola. It HAS to be the US "D2LTE" Variant I'm guessing.. Qualcomm devices and what not.

Flash it clean for your first time.
Dirty flash OK if you are currently on a PAC M version.
Flash opengapps, but do not flash "super" or "stock". Any of the others will work.
Problems have been reported if you flash SuperSU.
Do not use Titanium Backup to migrate your phone settings, including SMS, from Lollipop. SMS Backup and Restore by Carbonite seems to work well.

Upstream has really been busy, this build is very snappy and the most stable yet.

PAC is rebranding, this is the last official PAC build for d2. The Crew Formally Known as PAC (TCFKP) hasn't decided the new direction yet. I personally suspect it will be AOSP based, and not support D2 (and plenty of others).

So, I don't know the new direction of TCFKP or my own, but I'm pretty sure you guys haven't seen the last of me in the D2 forums.
