1-Reapply the theme through THEME MANAGER
or
2-Download another theme/dial pad through THEME MANAGER
or
3-Download the theme from the link

Thanks for a great ROM. Only notice a couple of things so far.
- voice from Linphone is played at a higher frequency and breaks up all the time. This occurs if using earpiece. Wired or bluetooth headsets work fine. This seems a MIUI issue. Have not seen this on non MIUI builds.
- SPB TV does not work. Seems gingerbread issue.
