Not working here. I click backup, the buttons go grey for a second or two, then lighten up again and nothing happens. Screen was unlocked and I have the necessary software installed. Even tried running it elevated. HD7, btw.

Back up was easy for a Samsung i917 and a HTC HD7. Restore was not tried yet.

On my hd2 (xmb Rom 7740.16) it works verry well ...
But
On my hd7 with deepshinig v5 the phone doesn't Start. ( only after hardrese)
Zune is 2345.

Where Store the software the backups on my harddisk ???

Thank you guys for your testing + feedback and sorry for those who need to hard reset, I know... it really sucks ;( I'll update the start post with a warning for custom roms.

The next upcoming version will definitively include more detailed error messages. All I can say is THANK YOU for your testing and now let us find the damn bug

it worked like a charm on my dell venue pro
