This was bean ask from the very first day spl 3.03 was arrive. But till here no response/reaction.

SPL-3.03.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x30
on my screen...
Wich HSPL should i use???
Does "Duttys HD2 ML Family COM3 ROM (V14) [WWE]" contain allready radio, or must i install it separatly?
Sorry for bothering you (i allready checked on forum for this, i find something about it, but my english is not so good and i did not understand all of it)..

None; HSPL isn't compatible with Stock ROM 3.14 (SPL 3.03.0000)
You don't need to change the radio; the included radio from stock ROM 3.14 (radio 2.15.50.14) is OK
You need to use SSPL_RUU.exe to install custom ROM. (More information about SSPL)
Ore els downgrade your stock ROM to the previous 1.66 version

If i have understand right: when i will flash cocked Rom, i must EVERY time use SSPL_ruu.exe

Im having serious issues using NAND Android instalations (freezes everytime i use GPS or data conection), i thought it was a radio issue but allready change it a lot of times and somebody told me to change the hspl, im using 2.08 hspl3 so anyone arround here could tell me i have a chanse to solve the freezes using hspl2?

If using hspl2 could help, can I just overwrite hspl3 with it or do I have to turn back to spl and then use hspl2?
Does selecting spl 2.08.000 in the hspl3 window and flashing it having NAND android on it will a) brick my phone b) prevent booting magldr or android? c)let me boot normally?

I'm trying to install HSPL2 as I have SPL 1.66.0000 on my phone. Sync the phone first, the fire up the programme on my PC. Phone comes up with the multicolour screen and restates the SPL version, then says "USB" at the bottom. And thats it. Critical error message comes up on the PC saying the USB connection has failed.
Can anyone point out where I have got this wrong?

What OS do you use?
Sometime this is due to the USB driver.
Try to unplug the USB and re-plug in different usb port (back port)

My HTC should be sim lock free Vodafone. I am trying to get it working for KPN.
But the rom seems to be programmed by Vodafone.
I tried to use all 3 of the proposed HSPL's but I get :" found bad SPL"

You can't use/install HSPL in combination with SPL 3.03.0000 it isn't compatible!
use SSPL_RUU.exe if you will install a custom ROM.

Please read carefully before installing!
1) To install this HSPL there must be SPL 1.42.0000 on your device.
Otherwise the installation will fail!
To check your SPL version, hold the Volume Down button and do a reset.
It is possible to downgrade to this SPL, by just flashing to an Official ROM
with this SPL version.
2) Features
- Disabled CID Check, so you can flash any official ROM without using a Gold Card.
- Security Level = 0, so you can use all the boot loader commands (for developers).
- This HSPL will not get overwritten when flashing a full NBH with SPL via RUU.
- No NBH signatures check, so you can flash unsigned ROM images.
3) Warranty Issues
Be warned, Installing HSPL may void your warranty.
If you need to send your device to a Repair Centre,
make sure that you uninstall HSPL!
4) Uninstallation
Only way to remove the HSPL is to flash an original SPL from SD card.
- Take any "RUU_signed.nbh" from a ship ROM and copy it to SD card.
- Rename it to "leoimg.nbh"
- Reset the device while pressing the volume down button.

Troubleshooting:
- I have SPL 1.42.666 on the device.... !!!! WAIT !!!! SPL 1.42.6666 is not the version of the SPL on your device!... it is the SSPL version. Most likely you have the needed 1.42.0000 SPL on the device, just try to install this HSPL if you need it. Don't worry, if there is not the right SPL on the device, then u will get an error message, but nothing will happen to your device
- "Your OS ROM isn't customized for your hardware. Please reflash the proper ROM code or contact the service center", !!! Problem NOT related to HSPL !!! ... this means that you flashed a region protected rom... flash any other rom that has your region ID... or patch it

well, HSPL2 comes
To install/uninstall this HSPL there must be any SPL version from this list on your device:
SPL 1.42.0000 SPL 1.42.HSPL
SPL 1.62.0000
SPL 1.66.0000 SPL 1.66.HSPL
SPL 2.07.0000
SPL 2.08.0000 SPL 2.08.HSPL
Other versions are not supported. (They are rare however...)
Now you can uninstall HSPL via same program, you no longer need to flash rom from SD card!
In HSPL2 you can select which version of SPL you want to install in the device.
There included 6 SPLs:
OSPL 1.42, OSPL 1.66, OSPL 2.08 (Original SPL)
HSPL 1.42, HSPL 1.66, HSPL 2.08 (Hard SPL)
Remember that some ROMs have old SPLs, for example 2.10 ROM have 2.08 SPL, 1.72 ROM have 1.66 SPL and etc!
You can install any of them using HSPL2.
