Google Play Store not signing in.

Yesterday I downloaded an app which makes all in-app purchases free. After using that app I opened Play Store but it won't. It's asking for me to sign in, when I filled all details and signed in it is showing an error- "can't establish a reliable connection to server" even when I'm using 3g.
I tried all methods like-

Uninstalling the above app,
Clear cache, force stop & uninstall updates of play store
But nothing is happening

Hello, this may sound dumb but can u check yur date and time were right and if not make sure to get it back... and tadaa ! Fixed.
That's what happened to me :)
