  • Baseband 77 or 72 - tested by me so far
  • unlock bootloader (for now)
  • latest The Alliance kernel - highly recommended
  • if u are having any issue, please reflash stock firmware

Instructions:
- always make a full backup your current rom
- flash TheAlliance kernel for ICS - here
- full wipe, flash the rom
- boot into phone
- flash the update (can cause wifi issue if include in the rom, so make it another zip)
- patch for neo added

What's new / features:
  • better busybox integration
  • updated superuser + binary

Instructions:
- unlock your bootloader
- baseband 72 (recomended)
- latest ICS kernel by Night-Elf (experimental is recommended)
- if u are from previous I-Scream 12, flash it directly (if having any issue, try full wipe)
- make a full CWM backup of your current rom
- reboot into recovery, wipe data/factory reset, wipe caches
- mount data, mount system, format data & format system
- install zip from sd card > choose the main rom
- reboot into phone (must boot into phone at least once, if u flash update directly, it will cause bootloop)
- you may see error on the first boot, just ignore it
- do not set account yet
- reboot again into recovery, flash update (u can find it in -=I-Scream_12xs=- folder on your sd card)
- also flash neo patch for neo user
- reboot into phone, enjoy

Solution for neo user

Thanks to igogold for detecting this issue

Some neo user may having issue installing the rom, something like this;

Code: 
"Error opening system/usr/ICU/ICUDT461.DAT"

Thanks to igogold for detecting/realize this as he mention here; that due to the size of the rom, around 312Mb on system partition, was too large for neo phone, which have only 312Mb system partition.

Solution
An easy way is to get the trimmed version by igogold, please refer to his post here.

The rom need to be trim/slim so it will fit neo system partition. Keep another copy of the rom in a safe place (backup). Refer to the list below, delete those apk files from the rom. Then u can proceed with the installation.

please dont PRE-theme it. PLEASE. provide an additional theme option for Xperia S, but dont pre-theme it. If you have to, darken the grey and make it like this one: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1549005
i totally loved the snappiness in your 2.3.7 ROM, but i couldnt stand all that monotonous grey and blue, and that ws the ONLY reason why i switched back to another ROM. [well, that..and 2.3.7/GB]

Can't wait for the update. I wish the video recording quality, sound and audio sound are much improve than the 4th edition of your rom sir :D

ok my standard questions are:
-does rom have "skip tracks via volume buttons"
and
-is GTA 3 working properly on this rom? becuse every single based on beta ICS from Sony ROM gta after ~1 minute game crashes ALL the system

So I suppose that shouldn´t install your rom on neo before you make available patch. Correct?

Download I-Scream_build_09_signed
Extract it and use inside boot.img
Install kernel (boot.img)
Use downloaded file on SD to install it.
Correct?

    Instruction:
    - get on the official 4.0.4 ICS 4.1.B.0.431 (make it easy for everyone)
    - extract it (do not flash it directly)
    - flash the kernel provided
    - reboot into recovery
    - do a full backup (always do this before flashing anything)
    - do a full wipe (if you don't do this, don't post if u are having any issue)
    - flash the rom
    - flash I-Scream_restore_vdd_level.zip
    - reboot into phone
    if you flash the update directly it will cause bootloop
    - set the time & the brightness to half
    - reboot into recovery, flash update
    (find it in I-Scream_4.1.B.0.431 folder on your sd card. It will be added when flashing the rom)
    - also flash patch (only for neo)
    - reboot into phone
    - open QuickPanelSetting, remove screen timeout, brightness & flashlight
    - refer to post #3 for further tips
