Have you enabled the "Unknown Sources" which allows installation of non-market apps? You can check it from Settings -> Security.

Yeah, and most of the applications do install fine, it's just a small subset. To confirm it's the ROM, I have flashed another ROM (I went for C&CICSReturns by jcmaddox1) and it is installing the apps in question (as I type this, it has just installed Minecraft, which was one of the ones I had problems with).
I've tried a clean install of 2.4.3 (full wipe) but I cannot install some APKs - I get 'Application not installed'. I've reflashed to 2.4.2 and they work, so something appears to have changed.
Other than that, great ROM

Yeah, I tried manually installing the APKs (including ones not from my backup, to confirm the backup was fine) and I tried Titanium Backup in Interactive Mode (this is how I first spotted the error).

Yeah, sorry, it's the only site that I could access at work. If you do a search for EasyMoney 1.6.6 you could probably find another site though...
for touch in aroma press power at start to ok at first message after calibrate you can use your touch screen very easy... if you need my help contact me..
I'm having really weird problems with this ROM. When I tried to restore apps with Titanium, it failed to restore several apps. then I copied backup from my PC and it just can't install APKs no matter what... It is several apps which I was able to install on different ROMs...

Please tell me with what app you have trouble... and i thinks your prb is from Titanium not my rom...
No need to restart phone - it happens quite often so it is not practical. It is enough to "kill" the app with holding the "back" key.
Several apps, all when I try to restore from Titanium or manually from SD card. I.e. CarHome Ultra, PhoneUsage, Setting Profiles, Smart Tools, but only from APK files.
But this must be problem with ROM because it doesn't happen with previous versions of ROM or other ROMs. Could it be a problem with rights to some folder that (only) these apps use?
The problem with app install/restore is rom problem i have noticed it for a while a go and posted it a few times but no answer and it is also happening on exitz rom so it is a base rom problem. I can't use this rom if i can't restore/install some apps. I love the rom but it has issues
