How to flash rom

This step by step
.put rom.zip on sdcards
.boot to cwm(googling it lol)
.do full data wiping from cwm data wipe and cache
.install rom.zip
.after succesed choose advanced then reboot recovery
.then in stock recovery do dta wipe and cache again then reboot system now
Enjoy

Important Reminders for user:

After get to homescreen skip account logger
Then in dialer tab pres *#*#4636#*#* then choose wcdma only if done reboot into cwm then flash update file from post1 now everything goes fast enjoy

HOW to mod with tesseract pulldown updated
*flash tesseract updated.zip
*then open holo launcher
-move all dock icon to desktop
-open launcher settings
-desktop setting
-grid size 5x5
-open dock setting uncheck enable dock
*open ics navi button
-service enable
-number of button 5
-customize button action choose lockscreen,menu,home,back,lockscreen
-button position choose bottom
-button size large
-check remove pullout button
-check use proximity sensor to activate it

A:install quickpick first and open statusbar greeper app or go to settings/statusbar mod

Q:why edt tweak messed up with clock in statusbar???

pen edt tweak and tap on clock mod hide ur clock there

Q:this rom compatible with other tweak???
A:yes almost tweak all compatible just aware dont even add more than 10script on init.d

Q:i cant use a2sd and got boot lop
A:update ur busybox to v 1.18.2 or higher is recomended flash dtapp2sd signed.zip in cwm wait till it booted
If not booted just pull out battery and turn on again enjoy this acripts need time to load and configure system

Q:sorry i messed up the statusbar carrier and background how to revert back?

pen root explorer goto data/data/in.jmkl.dcsms.statusbar greper/delet jpg file in 2 separated folder in carrier and background folder then reboot ur phone done
