Of course, but I already have installed rom and minimal gapps in it. I don't want to reinstall rom, can I install full gapps as mentioned in your link, without any wipe and data lost?

Not really, in this case twrp will erase my /data - tested. Anyway, even if /data not erased (actually I can restore it), what is the difference from installing full gapps on my current system?

Yes I have camera functional. Because I only installed minimal gapps and they don't change camera. But unfortunately, minimal gapps also don't add google voice typing functionality.
So I can install full gapps, the way as described in your link (disable camera raplace) and all should be ok, right? I can install it on my current system.

I have problems with OTA update :/ I installed full busybox from playstore also I removed some unnecesary for me apps from /system. Now ota fails with error saying about changed files (unexpected file content). It's impossible to flash update...
Is there any workaround for this? How can I only put new files without checking previous ones, I think it won't break anything. Alternatively, I can flash full rom and then restore /data, it should work in theory, but update would be better.

you can't modify system Partition, delete any app, because this will made you lose ota support. For that app which you don't want to use,you can go to settings-apps-all ,and click that app go to app info, and chose disable to dis able that app.

Sure, I'm not asking for support but for workaround only.If something go wrong, it will be my fault.
Also, if I can make some suggestion, there is one small thing missing, not only in MoKee, also CM and any other custom rom. In AOSP and GravityBox there is quick settings tile for toogle screen off/sleep timeout and I'm really missing it. Obviously I can't use GravityBox on MoKee, CM etc. Can I request to add Timeout tile to quick settings? It's really useful in case when I start to do something (for example, start reading webpage in Chrome) and I want to temporarily block automatic screen off, now I need to go to Settings, it's really annoying.

Introduction:
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion...
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!

Can I install full package on modified system or it will fail the same as incremental ota upgrades? Seems it will fail, because there is otasigncheck script?

After many ROMs and testings, my favories are Mokee and Vanir - Mokee as it is very stable and Vanir as a ROM with best battery life. But you need to try it by yourself.
Couldn't word it any better, same thoughts here. Battery life on Vani and Mokee for me are the same . but every ones usage is different and conditions are different
