Everything works as stated. Only lags I see is with 3D effects (and there is a lot of those) - but that will surely be better when HW acceleration starts working.
I think Google should have left the option to turn off the 3D effects anyway - I personally am not a big fan of those
I am guessing the gallery has the same 3D problems as well.

So after having a play with ICS i decided to install Es file explorer from the internet as there is currently no working market... or file explorer-
I then remembered i had the ICS Apps Dump saved to my sd card. After installing everything i managed to open and sign into the market- But just as i tapped to finish the set up ..it force closed.
Im currently still unable to open the google apps BUT it seems i did sign in successfully as i got a notification saying i had market application updates :0
3G works for me - it just takes a few (5-10) minutes for the connection to start working (3g icon to appear), after that the connection (as far as I can see) works without interruptions and stable
