I want to upgrade a KF2 from 10.1.3 to 11. I understand that I need to update TWRP, but do I need to do anything with the bootloader(either one)? I'm still running the setup from when I first put CM on the device, if that matters. I'm not sure when that was (the Kindle isn't mine), and I'd rather not mess with it if I don't need to.

Anybody have an answer for this?

All i had to do was update TWRP as stated in OP.
Flashing CM11 without this updated TWRP will fail and boot loop.

Flash the new twrp from recovery, reboot into recovery again (new) and flash the cm11 room following the op instructions.

Yup! Common problem. Mine does correct itself at the end of the boot animation.

Sweet Rom I am loving it. Anyone know of a backup app that actually works on the kf. Have tried TB and My Backup and both would not restore apps
