need help updating miui v 5 for HTC evo 3d cdma

So I installed the miui v5 today for my HTC evo 3d cdma an I seen there was an update so I went to.update it but it says MD5 doesnt match.. Can anyone tell me how to.fix this?

Download the last update of the *full rom and flash it
