Currently on pre-4
I had similar problem with BT and now tested on headset to confirm if my fix works. So far, no problem. Here's the run down if I remember correctly:
1. remove system/app/Music.apk
2. reboot and reapply it (I can't remember but I think I downloaded a fresh copy from the market) You could alt use other player I guess.
3. reboot to see if that help.

I know I don't have that issue nor the BT audio issue the other reported after the fix. But, I somehow (maybe related) mess up the voice search function and end up doing the same with the voice search apk and install a fresh one from the market. Yeah, I know it's a different version.

Oh, I did not check the versions on Music.apk.

ROM is working really nice. Just a few quirks:

GMail is having issues. A new mail comes, I go in to read it. The moment I touch the screen to scroll the message for reading it completely, the e-mail goes blank.
Notifications play through the phone speaker even if a headset is plugged in.

sms restore

restoring sms is taking longer time as compare to gb i tried restoring sms with go sms pro as well my backup pro
taking 1-1.30 hour for 2200 messages

This is just too good NOT to share. Standard kernel, OC 729-480 Interactive. 7 hours 42 minutes in sleep, only 9% battery decrease. 28% decrease while screen and wifi were constantly on during use for 3 hours and 40 odd minutes. This is just awesome, well done guys!!

Can anybody confirm low volume on speaker for any music app?

I could not find anybody else reporting it. So, is it just my P500?

no problem regarding wifi disconnecting i am using adhoc

the people who are saying that they are facing issue that may be because they are using gmail 4.0 which is only available for ics rom and may it has some bugs , I am using gmail 2.3.6 the latest update for gb and not a single issue with it

no not facing any volume problem with the default as well as double twist player on speaker,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Another bug that i only saw listed once and no one answerd.

If I enable (by mistake) the Automatic Brightness i cant dissable it after.

If auto brightness is enabled, i lose de slide brightness functionality in the notification drawer,

is there anyone else with this bug?

Also WiFi tethering is a CM bug I think, so it will have to be fixed at their end before it gets fixed here.

Do you know if there's anything good for usb tethering?

Very good.
But i don't know if there are problems wqith ICS.
Have you tried Wifi Tether For Root Users?
I tried it today, it starts without no errors, my i don't see any network with bot pc/linux and the tablet/android2

Yea i can confirm this
me also using gmail 2.3.6
And don't have that white screen bug
So it must be a gmail 4.0 bug

Well really great work - I'm now flashing it.
But just one suggestion - I've made some CM9 bootanimations before (u can find them in my signature). They are smooth and high quality PNGs. Would u consider adopting my bootanimation? Thanks a lot

I said that just because I find the bootanimation in YOUAREBEAUTIFUL laggy. Don't know what is included in the lastest release

I've heard from problem with CM9 with low In call volume on LG phones

perhaps your problem has the same roots
