Does anyone know how to aply a sense skin WITHOUT changing the look of the big Worldclock-Widget? Would be nice.

Yes - you need to rename default folder in assets of fusion.apk (since fusion overwrites the clock) to the name of your used Skin and the Skin folder in fusion to default. That way you will still have the white default clock. Usually you could edit it in m.10 files of fusion, but these are still locked.

Other option is decompiling the Skin and change the package name in AndroidManifest.xml, sign it and install. Then the skin will also take all default values from fusion.

he_stheone64 again! :D Always a pleasure. I renamed the folder and it worked. Sadly the whole rosie homescreen will remain in the green HTC look , but this isn't a real problem.

Just wondering, of someone already ported the iPhone or miui statusbar icons over to this rom.

On GB the was an internet page, offering various theming options, compiled it and make a flashable zip available. Is such a page existing for ICS ROMs?

You can test that with any other switch - if there is a skin, that has both blue color and the rght clock for you, then use that (haven`t used HTC Skins too much, I only use my own skins).

How come I can't access the internet while on call anyone know about this? I'm on T-Mobile, I used to be able to do this with all my previous phones. Has T-Mobile switched on us or is this phone or Rom related?

:D tap on a post, then slide the upcoming switch-bar to the left and you will find not only edit and such options but also a thanks switch.

[EDIT]
@all
I am herewith reporting dzo's freshly compiled OC kernel as working very well with this ROM. Go there, hit that dudes thanks button and enjoy a smooth 1.8 GHz OC...

Sorry mate but your Post is close to impossible to answer.
First of all: what are you referring too? Will what work on which HTC One S?
You could at least please provide the necessary info for us to help you with your comfortable position on your sofa. :D

searching for update on this...

when security lockscreen enabled (pattern OR face detect), the stupid sense unlock "step" needs be disabled.

<opinion> this issue is so boring ... as if HTC sense devs don't QA their product with business folks...

mommie. -GA
OK i have tested this for you.
i went into ROM toolbox and used that file manager to access \system\app\HTCLockScreen.apk and rename it to HTCLockScreen.apk.bak,
then i rebooted into CWM5831touch and deleted dalvik cache and cache and rebooted.
The result was the default ICS Lockscreen.
Sadly, it isn't as easy as this to replace the default lock with the face lock. there must be more to it and that goes beyond my current knowledge.

hello and sincere thanks for validating the process.

It's important to note that your manual steps are likely the gory details of what happens behind the scenes with app // LeeDroid tweaks / Locksceen / AOSP Lockscreen.

Unfortunately, the AOSP lockscreen doesn't become disabled with security lockscreen put in place (via device settings // security // security lockscreen).

This makes me wonder how folks at Cyanogen make it work on prior Android builds (froyo, ginger, honey, etc). CM7 uses standard screenlock (like ICS), but this goes away when security lockscreen setup. Once CM9 goes beta, I look forward to checking the behavior.

thanks again! -GA

I've said this in another thread, but the problem is that pattern lock screen app is not integrated into the AOSP lockscreen as it is on AOSP builds. It is probably a special HTC version, as the fonts etc are HTC fonts not AOSP fonts. So I think what is needed is to port the pattern lock and other security lock screens from AOSP, otherwise they will not play nice with the AOSP lock screen.

Then To the fun Part, Flashing LeeDrOiD One Supreme

Q 1: How do I flash this ROM?

    1. Boot to recovery, check the MD5#, and drop it in the root of your SD.
    2. Nandroid backup
    3. Flash the ROM.zip
    4. Boot to bootloader (hold vol down & push power button )

    9. Flash the downloaded ROM zip
    10. Reboot
    11. Enjoy your Ice Cream Sandwich

    Q 2: Available Radios
    Have a look @this here

    Q 3: Sense or No-Sense Launcher?
Have a look @this thread HERE

Q 6: Should I use a task killer on the LD ROM?
Not recommended, is you really want to, use the one that came with the rom.(Lee would say, NO!)

Q 7: Backup? What is that?
A good idea is to back up all your data and settings from the phone before flashing a new rom with a full wipe. Best app available is Titanium Back up(included in the ROM)
The best way to back up the contacts is to sync it via HTC Sync or via your gmail.

Q 8: Are Nandroid and Titanium backup the same thing? How do I manage backups?
No, Nandroid backs up the ROM and Titanium backs up the applications. Nandroid is what you do using the recovery and it makes the exact image of your ROM along with the data.

Q 9: On what occasion will I lose my data (apps, contacts etc)?
Only when you flash the rom wiping data using the Aroma installer option. (see next question, Answer 3). When you just flash a rom or a .zip from recovery, it will not wipe anything unless otherwise mentioned.

Q 10: I was on stock (or another rom from another cook) and I flashed LeeDroiD ROM, now I am having some problems.1. Try to rebooting the Phone and see if it makes a difference.
    2. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik, reboot the phone and clear data of the apps causing problem.
    3. Reboot into recovery, reflash the rom choosing full wipe in the installer.

Q 11: How do I flash Full wipe or Superwipe and what does it erase?Reboot into recovery, install a zip from sd card option, select the rom, follow the Aroma installer and select "Flash with wiping all (or something to that effect :))

Q 12: The screen is not very responsive and is lagging.
Let the phone settle down a bit after you unlock it. It generally needs a few seconds to kick up the CPU.

Q 13: The market is not installing anything. Gives error.
Reboot into recovery and select “clear cache partition”. And under settings - applications - Manage applications - under the Market app < Clear Data>.

Q 14: My battery is draining heavily.
When you first flash a ROM this is what happens. Give it atleast one full charge cycle and it should come back to normal. If required, reboot into recovery and clear battery stats. It is advisable to do so on 100%.

Common Opinion - Heavy battery drain is one thing that you cannot complain about on this rom, for sure. The battery life is much above average

It's NOT recommended to empty the battery, it may course a poorer battery performance and life cyclus.

Read what member Wolfraim discovered HERE

Q15: Should I run the phone battery to zero percent, and what if it does??
A: Absolutely not! Both the current recoveries are giving problems while pulling the battery up from zero percent. If the phones dies off due to battery being zero, try to reboot it into recovery, flash the stock recovery. If it doesnt, then plug it into the wall charger and leave it for as long as it takes for you to boot it. Then flash the stock recovery, charge it fully and do your stuff.

    Q16: MMS Problem?
A: Please check your APN settings.

Q17: Some games that use the motion/G sensor are not working as they should.
    A: Re-Calibrate your Gsensor –> Settings – Display – Gsensor Callibration

Q18: I dont like the animations. Dont want them.
A: Go to settings - display - animations.

Q19: How do I change the bootanimation or the downanimation?
A: System\Customize\Resource or System/Data/Local. Replace the boot/down animation.zip file with the one you want. The new file must be named bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip.

Q20: Can I modify frequencies using SetCPU/System tuner or similar?
    A: Yes You can.

    Q21: GPS Problems?
A: Try faster fix app here from the market. Has helped a few members.

Q22: I am having difficulties assigning ringtones from my SD card on the 4.0 sense.
A: Go to contact, select ringtone. Select ADD where it shows a list of system ringtone - Now it should take you to your music and tones on the SD card. Select the one that you want and click OK. Back on the system ringtones, scroll to find the newly added tone and select it.

Thanks for kind assistance as always to my dear friend Senior Moderator PG101
