cool ,we love updates, but in the meantime im running my zerolemon for 2 days now with 3hrs screen down at 52% hehe loving this
Damn. GrooveIP is not working for me now - not sure what broke it. I have the non-oc KP kernel, 5.1 ROM. I installed Xposed framework and the only change/module I did was call recording. Maybe call recording is killing my VOIP?
I saw there was an update for GrooveIP. Tried updating first, didn't help. Cleared GrooveIP data, un-installed, clean install, still no good.
Every time I reboot my phone tells me I have the same "new" SMS (the latest one I got).
Now I don't know which ROM to use I don't want to give up on this one because the battery life is so good...
EDIT: What do you call it when the phone does something like a reboot, but not a full reboot - the screen turns on, it says "no service" like it just booted up, then it goes back to normal. Anyway, my phone just started doing that after.
I am uninstalling Xposed to see if that helps... Anybody else using GrooveIP on 5.1?
I tried flashing the custom boot animation, could you please add a menu option to turn off the boot animation? That flashing white screen hurts my eyes, definitely unpleasant.
EDIT 2: Did the complete un-install of Xposed, still can't hear caller on the other end in GrooveIP. Screen is staying black except for status bar when I try to end GrooveIP call - this is maddening. With only 100 minutes/month on the T-Mobile $30 plan I depend on GrooveIP...

"Very weird my friend. I really put Infamous through some hard testing before uploading it for you guys. I am sure it won't happen again. If it does please let me know. Do you have system tuner by the way? Has a built in logging system and should store a log when there is a kernel panic. Or at least I think it does. "
Flashed 5.1 last saturday, battery was kinda horrible for my kind of usage.with ATT smart wifi
mainly wifi. very light usage maybe check email every two hours, about 5 calls a day. Sunday 8 hours and i was down to 10%. Drained battery. charged fully. Monday same results.Drained battery. charged fully. Tuesday same results.
Drained battery. charged fully. flashed kinetic 1.4.
9 hrs down to 30%.
Wednesday night uninstalled ATT smart wifi. installed smartwifi toggler (older version 2.2.10)
Thursday 9 hrs down to 40%.
Today Friday 8hrs and battery is at 48%
Its been two days since i installed smartwifi toggler and it has been working fine till now.
Just now it stopped working.(happened with 4.8.2 and happened with 5.0SE) After about 2 days it stops working. default kernel or kinetic 1.4 same results.
Second yesterday i noticed my phone reboot when it was next to me on desk in evening.
Love infamous but also need smartwifi toggler to work so that i can save on battery and data.
smartwifi toggler was working till 4.7.5 i think and it stopped after that.
The developer has been kind enough to parse thru his program logs and dmesg logs i sent him and his opinion is there is something in kernel may be related to power saving that is killing it.
J has been busy churning out the new updates so that everybody can benefit but i think many more people would appreciate having smartwifi help save some battery and data.

Well, it made me smile, so shared my beautiful day today
On a side note, sharing a pic to you guys about my trip to San Diego recently and saw this Naval Destroyer #70. Not many know, but that ship is were they autopsy Bin Laden's body and bury in the sea.
It's blurry, but it's 70. No doubt.
Kinda awesome feeling seeing that ship. Makes you feel a sense of pride as an American, hoorah! To all the FATHERS in the military that's on XDA, Happy Fathers Day!

SammyGunz got an apk theme for me, but it borked when I tried it. It's the SSD Blue. Nexus 4 blue theme. Looks way bad mofo. It's a VzW theme, ill get it off Hangouts later from work and PM later. I'll collaborate with you into porting that theme into Jamison's upcoming update. Thought I'd ask you, and make it happen and share here. You should see it.
