very strange.
Can I get you to try to install it again, just to make sure that everything vent well.
From what I have been told is the Pro and the mini Pro working with the same keylayouts and it is working perfectly on the mini pro.

No USB Mass Storage? Only MTP?
It doesn't work for me in Mac OS X. Neither the Android File Transfer, nor XNJB finds the phone.
Actually, Android File Transfer found it once, when I rebooted with the USB cable inserted, but couldn't reproduce it after that....

okay here is what I did:

I extracted the pm8058-keypad.kl from CM7.2's zip file and replace the file in the CM9's /usr/keylayout folder on the phone. after a reboot, the keymapping stays correct and the back and menu button start to work again.

I think the diff is this: xperia pro uses physical key where xperia mini pro uses touch sensitive softkey.

hope this helps

and now I have a new problem: testing out the camera, I tried to use the front facing VGA camera. unfortunately the camera app crashed and now it refused to start at all, as it always complain that the (front) camera is not working. anyway to get it to start up with the main back facing camera?

update: i was able to boot with the boot.img file included with cm7.2. Can i use this boot image to install cm9? or will it only work for 7.2? i wish i could get boot.img from 9.0 release to work

Nope boot.img from cm 7.2 is only for 7.2. I tried this too.

Anyone has the same problem?
