XP M c1904 not Booting after flashing CM11 boot.img

After flashing the boot.img in fastboot using flash tool (Androxyde), the phone doesn't boot . There is no SONY logo.

I have no other option but to flash it with stock rom in flash mode. I want to install CM11, so is there any way !?

if u manage to install Walkman or Photos apps which we were using in our stock rom then i guess u will get led effects like our stock rom... i have not tried this on my cm11 bt i guess it will work...give a shot...

desire S .. I DID eVERYTHING FINE >> BUT COULDNT INSTALL CM 11 .. PLEASE HELP ,..

downloaded cm11 for desire s and then placed it in sdcard .. tried many recoveriess like cwm,twrp,4ext everythng .. but couldnt install

finally it installed via 4ext recovery rc1 /// it showed installed frm sd card successfully .. bt it didnt boot up ..

waited fr almost 1 hr ... please help me i wanna install kitkat please do help me .. tanq //

should i install boot.img via fastboot and then install zip frm sd card. ?

install any other rom first.. then download 4EXT recovery updater from this site http://4ext.net/ then install the apk and update your recovery first then do a clean install of cm11 by wiping system partation, cache partation, and dalvik cache... and flash the gapps... if still u got stuck in bootloops then flash the boot.img manually...

1.Before flashing CM11 make sure ua on 4.1.2 stock (rooted unrooted dosent matters)
2.download latest cm11 (fxp14 xp m's codename is nicki)
3.take boot.img from zip and flash it through Flashtool or use "fastboot flash boot boot.img" command in command prompt (assuming u knw how to use adb and fastboot)
4.reboot your phone.. u will see free xperia cm screen after that Pink led will turn on.. as soon it turns on press volume up...it will turn cyan i=and u will in CWM
5.now flash CM11 and reboot... it will work.. i used this steps...
