[HELP] gameloft games not working

Why on my xperia Z all gameloft games not working?? just when i open them ONLY IF DATA IN OBB FOLDER IF WITHOUT DATA JUST ASK ME TO DOWNLOAD BLA BLA BLA THEN I CLICK DOWNLOAD THEN I WHIT 4 SECs THEN TELL ME DOWNLOAD FINISHED THEN I CLICK OK THEN 3 SECs THEN CRASHES... just is see gameloft logo then the game crashes:crying:
Please help meeee!!!!!:crying::crying: i love gameloft games so much

Those games you downloaded from Play Store or others website?

From other website because they showing me (your device is not supported )in play store

then try to delete the app & obb files

first,install the apk but don't open it

then place the obb files in obb folder

last launch the game without wifi / internet connection

YESSS!!!!!!!!! :laugh: I TRIED THOSE AND TWO GAMES WORKED!!!!!!
Moved the obb file to obb folder
Installed the apk
Wiped google play data
AND THE TWO GAMES ASPHALT 8 AND THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN WORKED!!!!!!!!
