I've used various custom ROMS and Kernels for 99% of the time i've owned my XZ and the camera app for me has never been 100% satisfactory.
Sometimes it takes 2 seconds to fully load up from button press to viewing the image on the screen.
It crashes regularly, after a long day it sometimes just stops working and i have to reboot my phone.
Currently using CM11 Nightly + Meow Kernel .
