I upgraded fine. Works like a charm. However when I attempted to flash the Kernel: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1138167

It loads to a jumble image of static lines. How do I get this to work properly?

It should not since what you flash with odin is total stock. And then you flash the ROM, and that is done with CWM.
I was already on stock KI1 (flashed with odin earlier), so i just flashed the ZIP with CWM.
However, i did not use the restock file posted on the website (since i was already on stock since only 2 days), but it did not raise my counter.

I'm on stock KHD with cwm.
I will have a go with the cwm without restock.

the pit file for GT-P7500 is the same or at least its namned the same. I did the repartion when i installed KI1 stock but i used the pit file that came with KH7 from Sampro and it repartioned fine and its named android_fastboot_emmc_full_p4_16G_32G.pit. so the procedure is correct, maybe their pit file is wrong or you did something wrong.

If you flash anything thats not stock samsung thru Odin it will raise your counter. So the stock firmware is ok but the kernel (if you choose to flash it) should raise the counter.

Once you run it for the 1st time and give it superuser permissions and all that, press the button at the top to install updates or whatever (i hit it even if it says its fully updated already). After that you need to reboot. Then you should be adfree.

I have a little horizontal bar to the left of the clock at the bottom right corner.
Someone else has it too? What is it?

I got problem with the usb debug mode.
For the 1.01, I can uncheck the usb debug mode and titanium can freeze the apps I don't need. Now Titanium gives a warning to indicate usb debug is on even I have uncheck the usb debug mode.
Freezing the app gets into endless wait ...

Just a question you might have the answer.
With Allshare, I should be able to share video to dlna capable TV, right?
Is the tab also capable to receive stream from other DLNA device?
e.g.: another tab share the video, and this tab plays.

And now the Allshare video works for me, when running TASK650's ROM that didn't work. Don't now if I have set up it differently or if it is the rom that is the answer that is have started to work.

Look forward to the next release and hoping for a fast kernel soon :)

I've installed this over KI1 that i had already installed, i haven't wiped data and all seems fine, perhaps the final wipe may not be needed if your circumstances are similar time. Its as smooth as hell compared to the original stock.

It clearly says on homepage what to do if this happens. Stop the download and star a new one and it will most likely download from diffrent mirror.

Well, ad-block is simply a giant hosts file that sends "common" sources of ads to a loopback address (127.0.0.1). It is unchanged from the last release to this one...though its possible that ads are coming from a previously unknown ad server. You can try downloading "adfree android" from the market and updating the hosts file - every couple days a new, updated one comes out. That may help your issue. I tend to update the host files in my rom before release...when I remember lol...i'll make it a point to update it prior to next release for sure though.

    Welcome to The Overcome Experience - 10.1 Edition :D. For those of you that don’t know me, let me introduce myself. I am AlterBridge86, the creator of The Overcome Experience. I started developing a ROM on the OG Galaxy Tab (P1000) about 9 months ago and have moved on to having my own brand of ROM’s, Kernels, and Recoverys. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 (P75xx) is the second device now to get a “Overcome Series” ROM, however it will most definitely not be the last.

    My mission is simple. I aim to vastly improve the stock user experience on Samsung devices. I think that Samsung makes fantastic hardware, however fails to bring the same level of software quality to their devices. This is where I step in. I take the base rom, as provided by Samsung, and perform further optimization and modification to it. My mods aim not to completely customize the user interface, but rather add some very useful key functionality while retaining the “stock android” look.

    About Overcome CWM Recovery
    At its core, Overcome CWM Recovery v5.1.2.6 is the traditional ClockworkMod Recovery v5.0.2.6. However, I have heavily modified the interface layout as well as added some very helpful functionality. You will notice this as soon as you enter recovery. I urge you to peruse the recovery and check out the options available to you. You will get to use some of these options during the install following our thorough guide.

    Install Instructions
    • If you have some form of CWM on your device already, simply download the ROM, and install zip through CWM. Be sure to wipe data to ensure a clean install!
    • If you do NOT have CWM on your device already or you want to start completely fresh, I STRONGLY urge you to read the excellent guide that we have put together to fully "restock" your system and get Overcome installed ;)
