Make sure you have a clean download. You can check the md5 sum to make sure it did download right... did you wipe everything but the SD card... I know this ROM is flawless I have ran it for a week with no problems.. and the games for it are awesome...

Well I have s-on and used the image file to get it loaded. However, when it boots I get the message: "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" I can click on ok, but it continues to pop up no matter how many times I press it.

FYI-AlienModSaturn III...loaded without a hitch. Because my s-on I think had a hard time dealing with 2 flashes instead of one. Anyway, done and I'm happy.
I have to boot recovery into memory, perform wipes, flash the .zip and then use fastboot flash to physically flash the kernel onto the system.
Couldn't get S-OFF. I tried a couple times following HTC, but it just won't work.
Yeah I've come across several people who are s-on here over the last couple years. You tried to get s-off with revolutionary tool.

I lake the look of this rom. Unfortunately I haven't gotten it to boot. I have revolutionary unlocked s-off. It just boot loops over and over. I tried to let it sit for a while cause i read that boot loops are normal a few times, but it just goes on and on. I tried pulling the battery and trying to let it load again... no luck. Is it maybe revolutionary messing with the system? I don't know im no programer or anything. So any help would be great.
Well, I just flashed this last night, worked fine. Takes a long time to boot, but it booted up fine. I would re download part 1 & 2, wipe everything but sd card a few times. After you're done wiping, power phone off. Yes, that's right, power off. Wait 2 or 3 minutes & power back up by holding power button & volume down simultaneously, when it boots up youll be in bootloader, press volume down for recovery & hit power button. Once in recovery flash part 1 then part 2 & power off when done. Wait 2 or 3 minutes & power on the same way as above to get to recovery. In recovery, click reboot phone.

Coming from jellybread I have to say... this is one smooth well put together rom. If the Bluetooth works I think I have found a new daily. Thanks for all the hard work.

I love the rom. I wish Vignette wasn't installed as my purchased full product won't install or update over a baked in app. Other than that this rom rocks!
No boot loops, no problems at all, decided to pull the og outta the drawer and play, Nice work
Edit, if you think it's boot looping, make sure to wait about 7-10 minutes as the initial boot took about that long for me...

Yes. Awesome beats works fine on this series 3. As that is one issue I intended of getting fixed. This ROM is my personal daily driver and I am focusing on improving this rom. I am currently experimenting the video recorder and playback. I noticed if the picture camera at 8mp has any glitch, all you need to do is exit and re-enter the picture camera app as it is working great! Not wishful thinking I will find a way to fix this video camera and video stream issue on stock app.
