are those faults; -the horizontal lines, the slow reaction speed of the screen of the device when power button is
pressed to unlock, and the general sluggishness of the device- happen on sd rom developments only? and is there a solution for this?
my phone is a standard htc hd2 with normal rom and ram -not high like tmobile ones- is this a problem to install android?
Is it a dream to use android with 3d sense on htc hd2 without those lines and problems or do we have to buy a sensation?

I've tried a couple of your builds and think this is the nicest. I haven't found anything to help the GFX lines, but I found changing SetCPU to interactive and Spare Parts transitions to 'Fast' made this much snappier.
What is the operational difference between the 'K' and 'T' kernels? Is there any other change to this build other than the kernel?

I have problem starting it and any other Android from SD on the Leo.
I`ve done the following.
1. Formatted the SD Card and ensured that it`s not encrypted
2. Copied Android to the Root of my SD Card
3. Started CLRCAD.exe
4. Started Haret.exe
A black screen appears and some rows start to appear... on the 5th or 6th row everything freezes... It stays like this for around 5-10-20 minutes without anything happening.
Am I missing something. I`ve read many threads and tried many times (on 2 different HTC Leo phones) without any success

I've seen where some apps runnnig on WinMo will disrupt Android booting, especially GPS apps. Make sure you disable any running app in WinMo, disable Sense on WinMo and place into Airplane mode before booting Android. This will also help battery life.

DisneyF1, It was just hard reset and didn`t have any installed apps. I`ll try to disable the Sense first and set it to Flight mode, Thanks I`ll write you later
