Click to collapse depends on what features you want in your next phone. The mega is just a bigger screen...slower processor note 3 is the creme de la creme of Samsung atm. But rooting will trip knox andddd ull lose warranty Sony ultra...huge bezel and avg battery life...wayyy too big I think

V vzsisp Member Jul 6, 2013 31 4 Jan 5, 2014 #5 Xperia Z Ultra of course! and the second place goes to Note III dont worry about the battery drain, you can always manage it on the governor setting, just find the best core to work with. using dualcore wasnt big problem to handle quadcore phone
